With hypnosis becoming a rediscovered and reliable thing with incredible results, there are still some people that have unknown fears.  The first thing I want to tell you is that if you don’t want to be hypnotized you can’t.  Also, you can’t be “stuck” in hypnosis as some of the Hollywood movies have portrayed.

Hypnosis is an awake state and you will hear everything I say, and if anything disagrees with your morals or beliefs you will pull right out of hypnosis naturally, as your subconscious is responsible for your belief system and morals.

There is nothing to fear.  Hypnosis is a magical state where you can program yourself to do all the thing your conscious you is not allowing.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind; people are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk out of the room at any moment. Unless you enter a deeper state, you may not seem any different, just very relaxed.  Most people are surprised at just how relaxing it is.  If you close your eyes, then open them, that is what hypnosis feels like.

Hypnosis is safe.  Hypnosis is a powerful tool which enables you to program your subconscious to help you achieve the things you want.  Hypnosis helps you to stop doing the things you don’t like.  Your subconscious mind will not allow anything to sink in that does not agree with your belief system or morals.  Although, I do do a count up at the end of your hypnosis session, it is perfectly natural for people to pull out of hypnosis on their own naturally, as well as if something is said they don’t agree with.

I always do a pre- hypnosis free consultation to ensure the two of us will be a good fit to work together.  I then ask you a series of detailed questions on what you what, why you want it, what your life will look like when you achieve it and more.

No.  This is a question that I get a lot.  Hypnosis is an awake state, so you are completely aware of what is going on.  You are in control.  I am simply planting the seeds into your subconscious after getting you into the hypnotic state to accept the positive suggestions you and I already discussed.

Each session is unique to each person, so all sessions are different.  What you can expect when we work together is the beginning free consultation so we can both decide if we are going to be a good fit to work together.  The when it is time for your session, you can be expected to be guided into a deep meditative and relaxed state.  From there I begin planting the positive suggestions you and I already discussed.  Then I count you up, and your session is done.  many times I recommend an energy assessment and chakra  alignment both before and after the hypnotherapy session, but this isn’t always done.  Most sessions are about an hour or so.  I do not base my sessions on a by the hour rate, rather by the session so there isn’t any rushing to finish.

How Much Does It Cost?

Altered state theories see hypnosis as an altered state of mind or trance, marked by a level of awareness different from the ordinary conscious state. In contrast, some see hypnosis as a form of imaginative role-enactment. Hypnosis is $250 a session for the initial session, and follow up sessions are reduced to $100 a session.
